A Christmas Miracle!

Great news from Escrow Land (where I hope none of you have to visit) ... We're closed! It's a crazy whirlwind of calling and rescheduling and finger crossing now, but we're on our way to San Diego! Hooray! I know being a buyer rather than a seller will be a much more enjoyable experience; for now, we're on the way to our rental property.
