Refund Policy

All paintings, online workshops and merchandise are final sale. Please email us at julie@julieprichard.com with any questions or concerns prior to your purchase.

Digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable once the file has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will work to resolve it. Purchasing a digital download does not transfer copyright or ownership of the content.

Card Club can be cancelled at any time, however refunds will not be given. If you cancel your subscription after your billing cycle, please note you will not be charged following the cancellation. We will not refund payments that have already been processed. Please manage your subscription accordingly. You will receive a notification before your next billing date. To manage or cancel your subscription, please visit your account page at any time.
