Yesterday was a good day! Checking though my feeds, I found out I won Michelle Ward's GPP Street Challenge for last month. Hooray for me! I found a new dentist... and Kate took up painting! A spark of inspiration from Susan's blog started it. I thought to myself, "Kate hasn't painted yet. Why not?" I am not sure. We just have not tried it before. A three hour painting marathon ensued. She painted the piece above which is featured in my shop. Just kidding. She's more of an abstract artist...and totally in a 'red period'.
