Online Workshop Policy
Thank you for your interest in my online workshops. Please read the following carefully before completing your purchase.
No Refunds
All online workshop purchases are final sale. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once your purchase is complete. Please review the course description thoroughly prior to purchasing.
Access & Login
Your workshop is hosted on julieprichard.com and accessed using your email address and a unique password. Login credentials and your order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive them within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
Workshops purchased after September 18, 2024 include user-manageable passwords. If you purchased prior to that date and need course materials resent, a $18 service fee will apply.
Copyright & Prohibited Sharing
All written and video content is copyright Julie Prichard and/or Chris Cozen. Unauthorized distribution, sharing, or reproduction of any course content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate revocation of access. Do not share your password or login credentials with anyone.
Instructor Feedback & Community
Students enrolled in full-sized workshops will receive access to a private Facebook community where you may post completed work and direct questions to the instructor. Feedback is provided within 24 hours, excluding select US holidays. Participation in the community is optional.
Daily coaching and private Facebook Group access are available to full-sized workshop students only and are not included with shorter or standalone purchases.
Please note that respectful conduct is required in all community spaces. Students who engage in poor conduct will be removed from the group without refund.
Technical Requirements
A high-speed internet connection and basic computer knowledge are required. Your workshop is hosted on a blog platform — if you can read this page, you can access your lessons. You should be able to stream video content of 20 minutes or longer without interruption. Most playback issues are caused by outdated browsers or device software — please ensure your system is up to date before contacting us.

Video Downloads
Video downloads are not available. All workshop content is streamed online only and must be accessed through the website.
Technical Support
Due to the wide variety of devices, browsers, and operating systems in use, we are unable to provide one-on-one technical support. Students are responsible for troubleshooting their own devices. For assistance, please consult your device's help documentation or a local IT professional.
Closed Captions
Closed captions are available on select videos. We appreciate your patience as we continue to expand this feature.
