All digital downloads are final sale. Because our products are delivered immediately upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances.

Due to the wide variety of devices, software, and operating systems, we are unable to provide one-on-one technical support. For assistance with downloading, saving, or managing your files, please consult a local IT professional or your device’s help documentation.

You will be given written and video content that is copyright Julie Prichard and/or Chris Cozen. Unauthorized distribution of this content is prohibited and will result in your access being revoked from class. DO NOT SHARE YOUR PASSWORD.

We do not issue refunds of any kind on online workshops or original paintings.

Coaching: Soliciting instructor feedback, community building and jibber jabber is optional in Julie’s full-sized workshops. You will be given access to a private Facebook community where you can post images of completed class work and/or questions for instructor feedback within 24 hours. (24 hour feedback excludes some US Holidays.) Poor conduct will not be tolerated online, and violators will be removed from the group.

Workshops purchased prior to September 18, 2024: Downloading and retaining all class handouts (PDFs) is the sole responsibility of each student. Students who need this information resent to them at any time during class will incur an $18 service fee. Workshops purchased after 09/18/24 include user manageable passwords.

Technical Requirements

A high-speed internet connection is required. Basic computer knowledge is also required. Your class will be hosted on a blog, so if you can read this page, you will be able to review your class lessons. Class discussions and feedback will be provided within the private Facebook community or via email only. A link to the facebook group will be provided to all students once they purchase their class. Daily coaching and the private Facebook Group is for students who have purchased full-sized workshops only. Video Downloads

Video downloads are NOT available. Your class will be hosted here online. All students need to be able to troubleshoot their own technical issues on their end. You should be able to watch a video upwards of 20 minutes in length without interruption to be able to complete class. Almost all playback errors occur when systems are not up to date. Please check your bowser and device settings
