Nourish.
Being a business owner is hard work. Having a home office is even harder because I find myself working all the time. We have some family visiting this week so I am going to take it a little easier..like I may even leave the house for a few hours. Imagine that! If anyone would have ever told me how difficult it is to be self-employed, I would not have believed them. I am going to find a few hours for myself this week to nourish my soul.
This week may be filled with travel, company and cooking for you too...don't forget to breathe. I keep thinking about what they tell you when you are boarding an airplane, "In the event of a change in cabin pressure, secure your oxygen mask first and then help the others around you..." Yes indeed. I'm going to secure my oxygen this week.
