Supreme Grapefruit + Layer Love starts Monday!

My best friend Michael is a culinary genius... we talk every day...a lot of the time about food. When I mentioned that I wanted something light and fresh yesterday, he blurted out a recipe he whipped up the other day.. grapefruit and fennel salad...

For 4 people, I "supremed" 7 ruby red grapefruit...and one and a half..what is that...bulb? of fennel...lots of coarse salt and pepper with a drizzle of olive oil...

 Delicious!! You should relaly give this combo a try...
